Microsoft Windows has just launched its latest operating system, codenamed "Windows 8" no less than President Steven Sinofsky at the trade show D9. The appearance is almost like Windows Phone 7 Metro UI and is designed for devices with touch screens.
Windows 8 will be offered in two applications: One will be held on traditional desktop computers while other features of pseudo-phone-based applications HTML5 and Javascript. The new OS will also support keyboard and mouse to touchscreen devices in deficit, and a set of virtual keys to different form factors. It has the multitasking, which is achieved by just spending an application running in the middle of the screen and drag the window half way "Snap" with the other windows. This feature will allow the program to mix traditional desktop and Web applications in accordance with, use them simultaneously (such as Twitter and spreadsheets).
Windows 8 will have a new version of Internet Explorer as the default browser 10. IE 10 features Microsoft Silverlight and have built a store and service applications such as Office 365.
Microsoft Windows is yet to reveal when Windows 8 will be released and prices, and the last name of the operating system.
